  • To report any problems, questions or concerns about your Cox Farms purchase within 10 calendar days by
    emailing info@coxfarmsva.com
  • To abide by all specific terms and conditions printed on the corresponding voucher for online purchases.
  • To abide by all Cox Farms policies, including rules prohibiting pets, recreational drugs, alcohol, and weapons.

Cox Farms agrees:

  • To address any problems, questions or concerns raised by the purchaser via email (as per point 1 above) within 10 calendar days of receiving that email notification.
  • To honor the Cox Farms Guarantee: “If you’re unhappy with anything you buy at Cox Farms, We offer you replacement or refund. (Proof of purchase required)”
